MerchAdsPro Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before joining the MerchAdsPro Affiliate Program. By signing up, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined below.

1. Enrollment in the Program

To begin the enrollment process, you must complete and submit the affiliate application via the MerchAdsPro affiliate portal. We reserve the right to reject any application at our sole discretion.

2. Affiliate Links and Tracking

Upon acceptance into the program, you will receive a unique referral link. Sales made through this link will be tracked and credited to your account. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your affiliate links are set up correctly.

3. Commission Structure

You will earn a commission for each successful paid subscription made through your referral link. The current commission rate is 10%, subject to change at any time with notice.

Note: Commissions are only paid on net sales, excluding refunds, chargebacks, or cancellations.

4. Payment Terms

• Commissions are paid out monthly via [e.g., PayPal or bank transfer], typically on or around the 15th of each month.
• A minimum threshold of $200 must be reached before payment is issued.
• You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date payment information.

5. Affiliate Restrictions

You may not:

• Use misleading or deceptive tactics to generate referrals
• Bid on “MerchAdsPro” or related terms in paid advertising campaigns
• Use spam or unsolicited email marketing
• Represent yourself as an official part of the MerchAdsPro team
• Create or promote content that is offensive, harmful, or illegal

Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of commissions.

6. Legal Compliance

You agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines (including FTC disclosure requirements) while participating in the MerchAdsPro Affiliate Program.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, you will no longer earn commissions and must remove all affiliate links from your content.

MerchAdsPro also reserves the right to immediately terminate your participation in the affiliate program if we suspect any involvement in illegal, unethical, or fraudulent activities. This includes but is not limited to the use of stolen payment methods, false advertising, or manipulating referral tracking mechanisms.

8. Changes to the Terms

MerchAdsPro reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued participation in the program after changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

MerchAdsPro shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising in connection with this program. We make no guarantees regarding income or success.
